Knowledge Speaks, Wisdom Listens

Knowledge Speaks but wisdom listens is a famous saying by Jimi Hendrix, a popular American musician.

The goblet of human mind, when fell of Knowledge, starts spilling out. This knowledge, like beauty, yearns for stage to show its charm.

When wonders of this universe knock the knots of mind open, the tongue divulges its secrets in the words dancing and tapping with rhythm of knowledge and awareness.
Knowledge speaks. Words start their journey like drops condensed into snow, precipitated onto mountains, rushed down the valleys with a vehement passion but this passion is destined to fall into silent ocean of wisdom.

Ocean gives way to all and sundry, spring and stream, river or rivulet. Likewise wisdom gives way to all the secrets but doesn't reveal its own to anyone. It devotes at the fruit of knowledge, sucks its fuice and its eyes radiate with satiety. Wisdom is never thoughtless to interrupt the gush of knowledge. it allows the later to complete its painting. Wisdom, then clasps each stroke and then decide the rightful place for this painting.

Wisdom keeps watch over knowledge. It allows the other to strut and fume, hit and  and kick, flow and splash; but nothing escapes its watchful eye. Wisdom fathoms the depth of knowledge more like a judge in capacity prosecuting the knowledge for its variety.

The great master Pan Ka in 3rd century  AD, sends his student, prince Tai repeatedly back to Ming-Li forest to listen and discuss the sounds. It was for the third time that the master approved the cultivation of wisdom in prince when he was able to discuss unheard sounds.

Why does knowledge speak? Because it has reached the point of saturation and its starts flowing over. Why is wisdom still silent? Because its extensive vessel is still hungry for more truths, more observations, greater discoveries. Sir Isaac Newton back in 17th century AD who was a prematurely born orphan, listened patiently but wisely Robert Hook's criticism on his theory of colours. During the silent hours concentration and potential observation, the Nature whispered its secrets to him. He listened to the imperceptible phenomenon of fall of apple to ground and then descended fruits of knowledge in the lap of wisdom. Newton discovered Law of gravity and formulated those world famous laws of motion which are  basic of Physics.
