Aurora

میرا دل وفا کو محسوس کرتا ہے یہ روح لہجوں کی عداوت سونگھ لیتی ہے جل اٹھتے ہیں پیرہن جاں  محبت کےقمقموں سے میں بنت حوا ہوں  میری ہستی کا راز فراموش کر کے ابن آدم لڑتا رہا رنگوں سے فقط خوشبو، دھنک اور لطافت سے  گوندا ہے تیرے تخیل نے میرے وجود کی ڈور کو  وفا سے خالی محبت  دل کے چٹیل میدان سے بہا لے گئی چاہت خس و خاشاک کی طرح  اس محبت کے نقش ڈھونڈ  دن چڑھے تاریکی کی طرح وفا میں سمٹی محبت پھیل گئی سر شب، چاندنی کی طرح  خامشی جب چار سو چھا گئی،  قرین جاں سب تاریکی میں نہا گئے یاروفا پگھل کے موج رواں بن گیا میری روح کی ناؤ  کو بہا لے جانے کے لیے وہ  دیکھو کیامحبت کا لبادہ پڑا ہے ساحل پر؟ وفا جس نے پچھلے پہر خود کشی کر لی-

 Do you feel the hatred panting in me? You have sown the seeds Now its thorns are growing into thy flesh  You can't escape it You sow them very next to you In thy bed This hatred would weather you grain by grain Sand by sand and you would know When deep waters will have turned their way When thy bulwark will have fallen apart I wonder how you owned such massive loath Perhaps when you kicked the one most loyal When you shit the face of love When you disgraced the one who cared Or when your calumny marred the face of truth When you disinterred the innocence  And dessicated it with denigration When you let your spite hissed  Uncontrolled, unleashed On one who was the most unarmed The most bewildered You earned this hatred in very moments And lost the hands that were all in prayers for you
